Today is the Due Date Day

Bila la tuan booties ni nak kuar gamaknya?

Today 3rd july 2010, supposed to be my  baby due date,tapi since seminggu lepas tak de tanda2 pun baby nak burst.Contraction tak kuat pun.Today ada appointment dgn Dr Wan kat Klinik Rawatan Keluarga, selalunya pergi Saturday morning, tapi tadi terbabas, siap2 dah kul 11 lebih so me and my mum decide g makan and jalan2 first then baru pergi jumpa Dr.

Kalau dah jalan kan namanya tak perasan dah pukul berapa, mula2 pergi makan nasi padang,then off to bandar nak g kedai tailor nak tempah baju raya tapi kedai tutup esok baru boleh pergi hantar, pastu pergi kedai kain baru buka niat dihati nak tgk2 je, sekali tengok tudung murah borong 2 helai and alang2 kedai kain tu sebelah kedai baby masuk plk kedai baby beli pampers.Dah sudah aktiviti mengeringkan poket,singgah sembahyang rumah tok, terus pi klinik, tup2 sampai kul 3.30Ptg

Dah sampai wat routine biasa urine test n timbang berat pastu baru tau Dr wan duty sampai kul 3 je on Saturday.hmm, batal la check up today esok la datang balik pasal tak sakit apa2 kan.

Dalam hati risau tuhan je la yg tau, dah past due date, tapi nak nyedapkan hati sendiri cakap maybe due date tu tak betul.yela kat buku merah tu ada 3 Due date imagine.first 18 June, second 10 July and latest 3rd July.

Ni semua berpunca dari my own mistake pasal tak take note my last period buat mcm zaman nak dara main tak kesah je bila period.hmm moral of the story lain kali conteng je calendar tu bila period senang.so for now what i can do is wait and wait and wait and yg penting berdoa baby is doing fine inside there.

Antenatal Class

i have registered for Antenatal class at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital for this Saturday from 9 am till 6 pm and sgt excited to attend the class.me with zero knowledge on labour technique,parenting etc2 (due to lack of reading )will depend entirely on what the class would offer hmmmm.maybe i should start reading more bace buku Dr miriam stoppard pun tak habis2 lagi....

So what can we expect from antenatal class?

Antenatal classes may come in various forms, but all have the same aim - to help prepare you for labour, birth and early parenthood. They are usually available at hospitals with a sizable labour and delivery unit. In bigger urban areas and cities, there are also independent antenatal educators. Wherever you take these classes, you will have to pay for them.

Why go to antenatal classes?



Antenatal classes not only help you focus on your pregnancy and forthcoming labour and birth, but they also have a great social function - they're a great place to meet other parents-to-be.

The content of the classes will vary, but should include some of the following:

• care during pregnancy


• information about the process of labour and childbirth


• a general idea of medical procedures and interventions


• the latest research suggestions about possible physical, mental and emotional preparations for labour and childbirth

• advice on relaxation techniques

• the opportunity to discuss the options of different labour and positions


• a guide to pain relief choices

• the chance to learn and try out massage skills and breathing techniques during labour



• the time to ask questions and rehearse the possible decisions you may have to make during the course of your labour



• some indication of the changes you might experience after the birth and in early parenthood



• breastfeeding and some aspects of newborn care

Whatever the class, the idea is that both you and your husband will acquire the skills and confidence needed to make birth a positive experience.

Tapi in one day ble grasp seme info ker? hmmm so i seriously have to start reading exam dah abih dah takde alasan tak de masa nak read book about parenting, baby and such ...

Expecting

My sweet journey to motherhood all start on one busy week of Study leave,3 Nov 2009, after a week of demam yg tak kebah2 campur ngn tension exam ( on 5 NOv ada last paper for 1st Semester) me and hubby g check up klinik kat rumah, Dr cakap "mungkin awak pregnant?" balik klinik terus g Guardian beli pregnancy test.( this is my second time using it: first time guna lewat 1 month ingat pregnant dah rupanya stress assigmnt and exam huhuhu) so after beli kat guardian terus je balik umah check and walla ada double lines.

me being a avid dreamer mmg dah berkali2 imagine bile time dah tau pregnant camne nak share the new to my hubby, one of my dream mestila wat dinner nice punya then letak gambar scan baby dlm box pastu konon bagi present kat hubby dia pun terkejut wah dah preggy dah wife dia tetttttttttt reality nyer? hahahah time tau je double line me jerit tak hengat dunia from toilet, sah2 jiran belakang umah , kiri kanan ingat ada org terjatuh lam toilet " mie Pregnant abg" dgn tone yg sgt out pitching nyer.



So there goes my best moment
